Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
International Orders
- Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days

Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment centers, items purchased in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may contact you for clarification. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
